Save the Date is an alternative styling company which offers a unique and eclectic range of event and wedding decorations for hire, including props, vintage China and much more!

If you’re looking for relaxed, rustic or industrial styling then look no further. We have everything you could need from old trunks to glass cake stands and lanterns. There’s even a stunning vintage bike available.

We have all those little extras that will help make your day become extra special and if you don’t have the time to make everything look stunning yourself, we can help.

China hire

Did somebody say tea party? Here at Save The Date, we enjoy nothing more than tea and cake! We have an endless collection of vintage trios, teapots, sugar and milk bowls, cake plates, dinner plates, cake stands and napkin rings.

Vintage props

We LOVE a well placed prop! Butchers bike with a basket full of flowers, or even to house all your confetti cones outside the church. Suitcases for cards or a “sweet-case”, love ladder, typewriters, cameras and more! So many options of wedding decorations for hire, if you are looking for something specific, get in touch, you never know what we have lurking in the back of our storage unit!

Table plans

Whether you want a statement easel and mirror, or a pretty framed picture, we have it all! 7ft free standing easels, or 3ft table easels. Suitcase or ladder? There are so many options available. Seating plans are sometimes overlooked, but they are a major player in any wedding decor.

Centre pieces

A vintage rose bowl, an art deco inspired martini glass, a modern fish bowl, a shabby chic birdcage or (our personal favourite) a collection of cut crystal vases placed on a silver tray. We can create a look specifically for you, something to wow your guests! All of our centrepieces come with a choice of table numbers and mirrored plates.

Chair sashes and covers

Chair sashes really can make all the difference when it comes to dressing a venue. They help bring a look together and instantly transform the feel of a room. We stock cream, white or black chair covers and a variety of organza sashes. Our all time favourite has to be our hessian and lace sash tied in a beautiful bow!

Linens, table cloths and runners

We have a wide collection of embroidered linens and vintage napkins and table runners to compliment your chair sashes. Or to add some sparkle to your event, why not opt for our beautiful champagne sequinned tablecloth, perfect for a cake table or sweetheart top table!

Glassware and cutlery

Do you want to make your top table extra special? Why not opt to add art deco champagne saucers, cut crystal flutes, or our silver plated kings pattern cutlery.

Finishing touches

Once you’ve dressed your tables, polished the glassware and placed your props, sometimes you still need an extra little something! we have an infinite collection of candles, cut glass vases, mercury glass vases, signs, blackboards, apple crates, old books, bunting and so much more. We are constantly adding to our collection!

Sometimes it can be difficult to bring your vision to life. There are so many styles and options of wedding decorations for hire, bringing them all together can be a challenge. That’s where we come in! We can do as much or as little as you like.
